Termination Procedure

Slide boot onto the cable.

Strip the cable to required length as per stripping template.



Apply epoxy and insert fiber into the ferrule / flange.

Cure, cleave & polish the connector.

Crimp the rear end of the flange using crimp tool (128”HEX).

Slide the boot on to the ferrule flange.

Final Assembly: Keep the main body vertical with protection cap resting on the flat surface. Insert the ferrule / flange into the main body. Lock the flange key into any notch on the housing and press.


Note
Do not remove protection cap until the final assembly of the connector.
Spring and Bush will come out from the body in case protection cap is removed or comes off.
Put these parts back, the Spring goes in first, followed by Bush.


Put the protection cap again and follow the Termination Procedure.
