Visual Fault Locator
 

The Visual Fault Locator is an easy to use instrument designed to shoot light through optical fiber and to visually detect breaks. Its Universal connector accepts any 2.5 mm ferrule allowing 635 nm, red laser light to be injected into the fiber. The red light will escape the fiber core at any break or micro/macro bend and indicate the point of signal loss.
